The server for the lab is mesoscale-activity.datajoint.io
Please ask Dimitri Yatsenko and Chris Turner to give you an username and password to access our server.
For now, all users have full access (insert and delete) to all databases beginning with '[username]' and 'map'. Therefore, please be careful not to delete others' information.
Continuous development of the ingest and analysis schema for the MAP project is also maintained here.
To use the GUI for Datajoint, Helium, please visit spinevis.int.janelia.org:3000, login with your credentials at mesoscale-activity.datajoint.io, and select the database on the sidebar.
