Add comprehensive documentation for JIT access requests and approval workflows, including plan types, request lifecycle, scheduled upgrades, FAQs, and troubleshooting.

Make release notes more concise and humanized by removing repetitive phrasing and using direct, active voice while maintaining the same bullet-point format.

- Remove internal-only references (Jira tickets, Spacelift logs, back office)
- Update approval workflow to reflect Azure Portal JIT Requests page instead of email notifications
- Add 8-hour minimum window recommendation for JIT activation duration
- Clarify auto-approval is configured during offering purchase, not via Mendix
- Update historical JIT requests location to Azure Portal
- Remove status messages table (internal-only visibility)
- Update troubleshooting to reflect customer-accessible processes
- Remove release notes items about internal tooling

Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Update troubleshooting to only mention contacting Microsoft for manual approver issues, as this cannot be changed by Mendix.

Add two new screenshots showing the JIT configuration flow:
- Enable JIT access screen with Yes/No options
- 8-hour activation duration configuration with Automatic approval mode

Update documentation to show the complete JIT setup workflow from plan selection through configuration.

- Fix FAQ heading capitalization to use title case (8 headings)
- Change "cancelled" to "canceled" for American English spelling (2 occurrences)
