Most of popular technologies had their own llms.txt file to use with IDEs like Cursot / Windsurf or advanced chat apps like Thinkbuddy. This is sourced by lots of deep research, some agentic workflow and summarization made by Gemini 2.5 Pro + GPT 4.5 for some parts.
