- Upgrade Gradle to 8.3
- Use OpenRewrites Upgrade to Java 17 to use some new features
- Some dependency updates

@Nicklas2751 falls nicht erfolgt, bitte die Java 17-Anpassungen auch in Develop einbringen :)
Der Sonar-Scan scheitert im Build. Hängt das mit den Anpassungen zusammen, denn im Master scheint es zu funktionieren.

@alex1702 bitte mediathekview/MLib#157 in dem Zug auch mergen und die MLib-Version mit aktualisieren. |
