Add new recipes and update package versions

Added two new recipes: "Fried Spicy Chickpeas" and "Sweet Persimmon Pie" to the recipes section. Updated package versions in package-lock.json including 'astro' and '@astrojs/check', and the dependencies of the 'volar-service' packages, to enhance and maintain the website's performance along with the new content.
