This repository creates a boxplot comparing the number of domains proteins with over 100 connections have to the number of domains proteins with fewer than or equal to 100 connections have. Made for the applied bioinformatics class.

Instructions:

git clone https://github.com/mchernys/boxplot_project.git

cd boxplot_project

make

The repository will download the required files itself and create a conda environment called boxplot_env to maximize reproducibility.

NOTE: the makefile assumes presence of conda as well as a linux kernel.
