feat: Update React Router configuration and refactor plugin architecture

Upgrade to stable React Router v8 middleware and split route modules settings. Remove VSCode-specific TypeScript import exclusions. Refactor plugin system to use dynamic build function instead of hardcoded virtual modules, enabling better flexibility for both Remix and React Router integrations.
