Add Traditional Chinese language support

Inspired by #340 ( thanks to atorber )

Edit response prompt let LLM to response Traditional Chinese.

I tried it, Simplified Chinese works

If request is Simplified Chinese, the whole response will be Simplified Chinese.
If edit the prompt to Traditional Chinese, the response will be Traditional Chinese.

So I separate two kind of Chinese, zh_tw and zh_cn, let user can choose want they want.
