This Matlab code has been used in analysing the agrecan fragmentaion. The manuscript titled 'Extracellular matrix fragmentation in young, healthy cartilaginous tissues' is published in European Cells and Materials in 2018.

1. To run this script please install Matlab and then Miji acording to instalation manula http://bigwww.epfl.ch/sage/soft/mij/ .
2. Run the stript
3. When prompts select a .RAW image.
4. When prompts again select a Miji_Macro_Agrecan.txt file

Outputs will be generated in a folder specified as a path in Agrecan_Length_Area.m file
