Recurring event bug fix

The first recurring event wasn't being added to the calendar for any recurring events. This release fixes that bug and also applies a webpack-dev-server security update.

NPM Module

The previous release wasn't compiled with Babel, so the projected worked only if the user had the same Babel plugins in their webpack configuration. This release updates to the latest React and React Big Calendar and creates separate build processes for development, deployment to Github pages, and release to NPM.
