installing the telegram_control.service

sudo cp telegram_control.service /etc/systemd/system/

sudo systemctl daemon-reload && sudo systemctl enable telegram_control.service

sudo systemctl start telegram_control.service && sudo journalctl -f -u telegram_control.service
