Foreign Splitter v1.0.0

The first complete implementation of Foreign Splitter. Features:

• The app allows to enter the local total, as well as add and remove items with their foreign totals
• The foreign total is updated based on entered items
• The exchange rate is calculated based on the above
• The local cost of items is calculated based on the exchange rate
• All the calculated values are updated on any dependency change
• It is possible to mark the items for each participant, including marking the same item for multiple participants
• There is an alert for unmarked items
