I'm currently reading Jupiter's Travels by Ted Simon and Build a Large Language Model by Sebastian Raschka. I've spent several hours reordering my bookshelf, organizing 300+ volumes and syncing my Goodreads account.
In a moment in history where the free press is particularly fucked up, I'm currently supporting independent journalists:
- 404 Media for all the things about technology investigations and reports
- Ed Zitron for a perspective on AI that's grounded in numbers and facts
- Domani is one of the last remaining newspapers in Italy with actual journalists making journalism Plus a bunch of other newsletters and small independent onliner newspapers I support occasionally.

I keep practicing guitar and studying music, my gear still consists of a Seagull S60 acoustic guitar, an Acus One Forstrings 5T amplifier and a travel guitar, a Crafter Mino.
