Hey, so, this is "nearly" (devil is in the details of course...) completed.

Pain points:

  • using the sdk46 igrations in the custom gov module (the gov module is tricky and I'd like to leave it as an excercise for its author)

Beyond that, not much else at all.

Thanks @faddat. We'll bump to sdk 0.47 in v3. Will review this when we get to that.
