• Add A Translations List to help navigate between languages.

Well, this PR is about translations, probably don't need build, can you guys help turn it off?

BTW, I'm not going to merge it at this moment, this PR is currently used for communication purpose.

(Sorry for late respond, I was busy with my essays a while ago.)

I'm still working on translating, I will start reading build script after completing the translation.

I'm not quite sure what method you use for building, and I haven't used automation like Github Actions much, but I am willing to learn something and complete builder update. And I think some guidance from you might help?

I'm just a little bit too busy for this work recently, there are lots of changes in my local repo, I haven't committed and pushed it yet. May be just keep it closed for a while, when I done those work I will push them in this PR.
