Database own development

Databases generally are not fully independent developed, but is strictly linked with the application. But, we can take advantages when we took it from application development. Because database can have other parts interested in it, like, e.g., data scientists, statisticians, API developers and others parties.

Application

Generally is only related to feed the database and to retrieve data from it. So is more generally in need for database views and database APIs.
