If you've encountered a problem with our application or have a suggestion for improvement, please follow these guidelines to report an issue.

Before You Submit

Before submitting an issue, please make sure to:

  1. Check Existing Issues: Search through existing issues to see if your problem or suggestion has already been reported.

  2. Update: Ensure you are using the latest version of the application and have applied any available updates.

How to Report an Issue

  1. Go to GitHub Issues: Visit our GitHub Issues page.

  2. Click on New Issue: Click on the green "New Issue" button.

  3. Provide Details: Fill out the issue template with the following information:

    • Description: Provide a clear and concise description of the issue or suggestion.
    • Steps to Reproduce: If reporting a bug, include steps to reproduce the issue.
    • Expected Behavior: Describe what you expected to happen.
    • Actual Behavior: Explain what actually happened.
    • Screenshots or Code Snippets: Include screenshots or code snippets that help explain the issue (if applicable).
    • Environment Details: Provide details about your environment, including the operating system, browser version, and any other relevant software versions.
  4. Submit: Click "Submit new issue" to create the issue.
