Release v1.3.2 (debug)

Debug conflict between the widget and WAB on loading with extent params.
Still WAB 1.1, WAB manage extent, center,scale and level params on loading (with reprojection if needed).

Now, the widget doesn't try to set extent from URL on load except if WAB < 1.1 (official numerotation. 1.2 on internal numerotation)
