CSS can now be minified and bundled using Magento 2 LESS preprocessing + it profits from using Magento 2 LESS variables system + CSS can be overriden easily using LESS exclusively and not a blog-custom.css file which is loaded after all other CSS files + keeping backward compatibility with blog-custom.css "hack"
