This is a tool intended for CSV files that contain large amounts of emails that need to be scanned for the correct format. It contains a Trimmer function to pre-process the data, to Scan the emails and fix a few pre-identified UTF-8 errors with emails that are marked as having any error are stored at the bottom of the Excel file, and to create separate files to identify which emails have been successfully sent and which emails could not be reached.
