Minor edit to tell tmux to split vertically, and to launch virt-manager in the top pane so the bottom can still be used if needed while virt-manager is running.
Building upon previous PR, automatically relaunches virt-manager (in the top pane).

I'm opening to merging this, but I wonder if there might be a more elegant way to address this issue. Maybe something like https://github.com/just-containers/s6-overlay? |

Probably: I just figured minimum changes. If you do swap over to something like that it'd also handle PR 16 as well. |

Causes virt-manager to automatically restart - Based on (also just committed) PR to add a second pane automatically. Resolves issue #10.
