  1. create form outline

  • find my location (autofill fields maybe?)
  • type in address if find-my-location doesn't work, or it's declined
  3. display location on maps
  4. upload-image form
  • browse for image on users machine (mobile too hopefully)
  • allow tags for user to suggest (like radiobuttons/hashtags?) (twitter can help somehow for getting more images)
  • predict tags for user to verify or decline (predict=ML)
  • label/input field for txt (if user can understand/recognize some letters or numbers, type it in)
  • store uploaded image to disk(folder/server)
  5. if gps/address can't tell which side of the street graffiti is located, or display is wrong;
  • prompt user for direction?
  • use POV map to help?
  • have user click on a portion of the displayed map?? (NW,N,NE,E,SE,....)
