Basic Google Optimize support

First release should contain at least basic support for one platform. Google Optimize (GO) seems popular, so we'll focus on that. This release should support (at least):

  • Reading intended split and observed samples from GO report pages.
  • Computing SRM check for each variation (i.e. multi-variant support).
  • Minimal UI to warn users when an SRM occurs.
