This is a Matlab package that implements the Spectral Ewald (SE) fast Ewald summation method for several different kernels related to electrostatics and Stokes flow in periodic and free-space domains.
This repository is largely unmaintained, and parts of the code may not work on newer versions of Matlab, due to changes in the MEX interface introduced in release 2018a.
