Description
This PR gives the already existing 'Add Student' Button functionality, by manually adding a student.
It uses the 'Default Application Form' and enables the instructor to add a new students.
To make it easier to add a student, the following fields are marked as NOT MANDATORY, which would be mandatory if filled out by a student:
