Small UI upgrade

Separated upgrade item tables into different tabs.
Made a 'Sim All' button for all item upgrades
2h weapons simulated from the item upgrade UI now no longer include an offhand.
Selecting a 2h weapon in the main UI now will auto unequip any offhand.
