CBash currently has no Fallout 3 support at all. Fallout: New Vegas is partially implemented, and CBash has Fallout 3 as a game type when creating a Collection, however there is no support for it in actuallity.

CBash should be able to fully read, write, and edit all Fallout 3 record types and plugins.
