This repository contains a simple HTML and CSS project that creates a glowing effect for the text "FULLSTACK DEVELOPER". Each letter of the text is individually styled to create the glowing effect.
To view the glowing text effect, simply open the index.html file in your web browser. You can also customize the text or styling by modifying the style.css file.
