update some modules add gcode parser + simulator + toolpath modules
add basically correct positions for the cameras and axes
stop importing Three.js classes one by one, import every thing and use the namespace instead

I have only a very crude integration of a 3D G-Code visualiser as a .vue panel for now. Let's see if we can get this working...
