obs-localvocal v0.0.1

This is the first release of LocalVocal! A modest feature-set here, but a lot planned in the near term.
The main feature in this release is real-time transcription with Whisper.cpp. Pre-packaged with ggml-tiny.en but other models can be downloaded through the plugin settings.
