The background model templates for the H.E.S.S. public test data set (see https://www.mpi-hd.mpg.de/hfm/HESS/pages/dl3-dr1) can be found in the directory background_model.
The tabulated results of the spectral analyses carried out in the paper are stored in the directory spectrum_results.
