Also moved .devcontainer to root of package and removed redundant .flake8 file.
Will be easier not changing a bunch of existing links out there

@victorges looks good on first look. One file that can be removed when we do this is https://github.com/livepeer/ai-worker/blob/main/dev/README.md. It contains docs to link the runner to the go-livepeer code.

Pairs with livepeer/go-livepeer#3345
Moved a couple stuff around as I made the repo only contain the runner service. Repository will
be renamed to
ai-runnerafter this gets merged.The go package will stay under
go-livepeeer/ai/workerpackage instead, which is used in theexamples in this repository.
There are other renames/moving around that we could do, but I avoided adding too many other
changes here.
