Capture screen secretly and periodically

Usage

1. Ensure that you have runtime of net core 3.1 or above installed in the system
2. Configure app parameters via appsettings.json
3. Just run the executable
4. If you wish to stop, create a file called stop.txt, it will be deleted in the next capture interval and the program will stop.
