Creating an SmsServiceProvider

If you haven't yet configured your FIM/MIM environment for SMS-based password reset, you'll need to follow the Microsoft guide for creating an SMS service provider library. Scroll down to the section entitled Create the SmsServiceProvider.dll

If you plan on making this work with the FIM/MIM service as well as this module, then you will need to take note of the caveats that Kent Nordström has documented in his blog.
