Automations Not Setting Issue Status On PR Merge

Ive had the same linear automation setup so that on PR merge to dev the issue status is changed from 'In Propress' to 'In Staging'. Recently (since past few weeks) this has stopped working. The releases automation for PR merged into main setting status to completed works fine. It seems PR merge automations have stopped working.

update here @pekala the release pipelines are not working too. Just ran a release and of the 60 tickets linked to circa 10 PRs involved in that release only 10 seemed to move over. almost like only the first issue linked to the PR is being updated in status in linear, not every issue linked

Could you share the release and 2–3 issues you expected to move but didn’t?
