Add an 'ASAN' build type to CMake build, which turns on the
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history 
clang AddressSanitizer and LeakSanitizer. This is in turn used
in one CI job under Linux for a quick sanity check. Useful
for MacOS developers who no longer have access to a working valgrind
for memory cleanliness checking as of MacOS 12+
