This version includes the Shiny app for calculating the FIBI, BIBI (MBSS genus-level), and BIBI (MSW family-level).

Use MBSStools::runShiny()

Download the tar.gz file below and then install from local files (via menu).

devtools::install_github not working at this time until larger fix to accommodate new install procedure in R v3.6.0.
