Currently you can only deploy vault to the default namespace. This change allows you to use an env var to set the namespace that the operator watches for new Vault kubernetes objects.
The k8sutil package includes a function for getting the namespace to watch. This changes the codebase to use that method.
Most of the current args passed to sdk.Watch are static strings/integers. This change variablizes all of them.
