Hlo @MisRob Just a doubt can u tell me why the wrapped strings not converting when the language is change d even when when i used the same wrapped strings as before.(THIS is StudioCollectionTable.vue)

Summary
This PR replaces the old Vuetify-based ChannelSetList with a new StudioCollectionsTable built using Kolibri Design System (KDS) components. The goal is to continue the process of removing Vuetify from Studio and modernizing the UI to match current Kolibri patterns.
