Added Session.read_ibis to allow creating a DataFrame from an Ibis table expression. This enables users to bring their own Ibis expressions into the leanframe ecosystem.

This method allows creating a `leanframe.DataFrame` from an existing Ibis table expression.
This is useful for interoperability when users have constructed Ibis expressions directly.

Added unit tests in `tests/unit/session/test_read_ibis.py`.
