This pull request introduces significant updates to the LaunchDarkly AI Config skills, focusing on shifting all skills to use the remotely hosted MCP server, clarifying workflows, updating documentation, and improving metadata for discoverability and licensing. The changes modernize the setup process, consolidate API usage around MCP tools, and remove outdated references to direct API access tokens.

A rewrite of 4 AI Config skills to use the remotely hosted LaunchDarkly MCP server instead of direct API calls. Designed alongside the companion PR.

• All skills now reference specific MCP tools (setup-ai-config, clone-ai-config-variation, get-ai-config-health, etc.) with step-by-step workflows
• Removed api reference docs (API quickstarts, language-specific setup guides) that are no longer needed
• Updated skills.json with 1.0.0-experimental versioning, and MCP compatibility tags
• Fixed aiconfig-tools schema documentation to specify raw JSON Schema
• Smoke tested all skills against a live project, surfacing bugs fixed in the companion PR
