Adds one line at the end of the README pointing at the now-shipped Kanban Code Windows port: langwatch/kanban-code#98 (Phases 0-5, full Tauri port) and #105 (Phase 7 - channels + kanban.exe CLI). The swarm half of tokenmaxxer is already cross-platform; remaining Windows seam is server/src/desktop/windows.ts. Companion to #3. Leaving open.
