- Install base Ubuntu 12.04 on all your nodes (base ubuntu server + openssh-server)
On disk-partitioning stage select "Use entire disk and configure LVM" & set small root partition. In most cases about 20G would be enough. - Configure network interfaces in /etc/network/interfaces like this:
