docs: fix reference to wrong field in service

Description

Documentation references ServiceIP as a field inside of spec, but this field does not exist and it's actually meant to reference to ClusterIP

Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
