Description
The Azure Private DNS team recently implemented throttling, which has caused issues for customers.
During the RCA, we requested the team to honor throttling numbers. Upon further investigation, we found that most enterprise customers use the GitHub - kubernetes-sigs/external-dns: Configure external DNS servers (AWS Route53, Google CloudDNS and others) for Kubernetes Ingresses and Services for their deployments. This repository does not retry appropriately, hence adding exponential backoff for the same in case of 429 errors from the provider.
