OP does not seem to let people export the old kind of statements logs anymore. This PR allows parsing of the new kind of logs.
I separated the new parser into OPCsvStatementParser2021v1 for backwards compatibility.
The PR also has lots of formatting done by autopep8, I can remove those if wanted.
