We want to switch to SPM on a project, that is still using Alamofire 4.9.x. SPM Support for AlamofireNetwokActivityLogger is only introduced starting Version 3.0.0 which requires Alamofire 5.x.x.
This PR adds a Package.swift to a branch based on Release 2.4.0
Obviously, merging that to master wouldn't make sense. @konkab could you create a branch based on Tag 2.4.0 and merge that into it?
