GCoM Database Analysis

Project objectives:

• cluster similar climate measures and instruments across all the countries in Europe.
• identify where an entry is a measure or instrument or both.

These objectives help us to understand which are the most common actions, least common actions and how much variation is in the actions across all the countries in the EU.

Clustering Climate Actions

• Used sentence-transformers locally to identify similar actions based on action description.

Climate Action classification

• Either similarity search with LOCALISED Measures Database or using the decision process
