Release with improved installation process

This release has been made to improve the installation process. The generated PDFs have been added to the release branch and the build.lua has been adapted to use these generated PDFs. So users can use l3build to install the LaTeX package and documentation. See the README.md inside the Source code archives for more information.

First release of KOMA-Script spin-off `contract`

This is the first release of the KOMA-Script spin-off contract. It is the official successor of KOMA-Script package scrjura.

If you want to use this release, you can install it using

l3build install

But note: You cannot build the user manual on your own, because it needs some packages not yet public available. So you need to copy the existing contract.pdf.
