daft for refactoring the API for acyclicity and cyclicity checks on a rule set.
remanning TODOs:

• javadoc
• state management
• issue warning/throw exception if ruleset contains negation
• optimisations: if ruleset has not changed, do not restart reasoner for every check
• decide if we run analisys on user given rule set or on internally modified for VLog rule set
